At heart, the ocean is personal for him — as a sailor, diver, and summer resident of the archipelago, he understands both the joy and responsibility that come with the sea.
“For me, it’s about doing more good than less bad,” Magnus says. “Bringing my experience from other impact startups into an ocean-focused company felt natural. The ocean needs solutions, and Your Devocean is creating them.”

Cecilia is a highly accomplished CMO, CSO, and entrepreneur with decades of experience at the intersection of sustainability, business strategy, and communication. Her expertise spans the legal and reporting frameworks shaping ESG, CSRD, and ESRS, giving Your Devocean not only a strong governance voice but also a deep well of knowledge to guide product and positioning.

Cecilia’s connection with Your Devocean began when she met the team at Climate Reality Training in Rome last year. Inspired by the vision in its early forms, she joined pro bono as an advisor. Now, as Your Devocean transitions into an operational phase, she steps into the boardroom with energy and commitment.
“We need to fund the activities that make a difference. And Your Devocean’s platform is bridging that gap. ” Cecilia says. “Moving from supporting on the sidelines to joining the board now feels like the right step — and now the hard, but fun, work begins!”
